SINGER DAVIDO AND CHIOMA WELCOME A BABY BOY

 

Davido one of the biggest music exports from Nigeria has reportedly welcomed a new baby with his wife Chioma.

Fans on social media have been congratulating Davido and his wife Chioma after an unconfirmed rumour claimed the couple had welcomed a baby boy in London.

American-born Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer David Adedeji Adeleke OON professionally known as Davido, is back on the social media trends.

There was a buzz on social media among sports fans after unconfirmed reports claimed Davido, one of the biggest music exports from Nigeria, had welcomed a baby boy with his wife, Chioma.

The tragic passing of Ifeanyi

Several months ago, after hearing the tragic news of the death of their first child and Ifeanyi Adeleke Jr, the Nigerian sports community extended their condolences.

A few days after his third birthday, Ifeanyi reportedly drowned in the pool of his father's villa on Banana Island.

After the tragedy, Davido stayed out of the limelight for a while before returning to the stage to perform at the closing ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar on December 18, 2022.

Davido took to social media to show off a Houston Rockets jersey he received after performing at the arena.

The Nigerian sporting community have reacted to the unconfirmed rumours of Davido welcoming a child with his wife Chioma Rowland. 

Fans flooded PulseSports Nigeria Facebook page to congratulate Davido, popularly called “OBO” and “001” by some of his followers. 

Although the rumours remain unconfirmed by Davido, sports fans did not care as they dropped series of congratulatory messages for the Afrobeats singer. 

One Oluwafemi Akande said “Congratulations... more in abundance Grace begin with you now and forever more... blessed always.” 

Another fan named Nelson Mkpani said “Congratulations to you both... much love,” while one King Elias Jr. also congratulated Davido, referring to him as the world's greatest philanthropist. 

On his part, Chinwendu Okorie, while congratulating Davido, noted that God has replaced what she (Chioma) lost. 

However, one Emmanuel Onuoha called for caution. He said, “Congratulation oooh but be careful with this one ooh I no wan hear say anythi

ng happen oooh, I come in peace.”
